O/W in Martha's Vineyard?

hi All,

I'll be in MV for a week or so next month and am at a place where I can't really take a break in training.

I was wondering if there's any place to go/stay away from for O/W over there? Things like boat traffic, water conditions, etc. are much appreciated...
