The Triple Crown list is now effectively maintained by MSF, apparently
Here's the moment, captured in the Openwaterpedia logs 2 weeks ago, when Steve M made a wholesale update to the WOWSA Triple Crown list, to match MSF's database-generated Triple Crown list.
Previously, there were a number of discrepancies, especially in ordering. Most significantly, the WOWSA list had been missing Dailza Damas Ribeiro, who was fourth overall to complete the Triple Crown back in 1995.
Here is a Wayback Machine snapshot of the MSF list on March 16.
Felt the need to put that on record, for reasons that probably only old-timers will understand. The work that went into producing a full, accurate, properly-ordered list was significant. Glad to find that WOWSA has decided to adopt the MSF list.
A very belated congrats to Ms. Ribeiro, who passed away in November 2008.

For the record Dailza Damas Ribeiro was a woman.
@evmo -- copy pasta is hard, y0.
Evmo, I see your correction, and as I have edit capability at OWP, I did make the suggested updates. THANKS. I didn't post it, but always pleased to fix an issue. I added her photo also!

I've edited over 21K pages on OWP so far, mostly to help with SPAM fighting. When I finished that effort, there were very few who were still allowed edit capability unfortunately.
Not the same, and not my site or rules. I just volunteer to help out. I can confirm that "editing is restricted to prevent disruption or vandalism" as MOST of the pages submitted when it was "open" were SPAM and that got OWP blocked by indexing sites like Google. It's a long hard recovery from impact like that.
Congratulations to the latest four additions to the MSF Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming list:
148) Benjamin Freeman (Australia) on July 13
149) Jeff Everett (USA) on July 22
150) Julie Isbill (Australia) on July 23
151) Boguslaw Ogrodnik (Poland) on July 23

Thank you @evmo! Huge congrats to all swimmers and to NYOW, what a massive weekend! I don't think he's on here but Arik kayaked for Boguslaw on Sunday and he's really interesting - he has done all 7 (mountaineering) summits and is now aiming for the Oceans 7 as well.
Bump
I think we added 9 swimmers to the list yesterday!
(That’s gotta be a record
...anything worth doing is worth overdoing.
Definitely a record. Four in one day was the previous mark.
